Economic Evaluation of Change Programme of Learning Disability Services in Birmingham

Description
Real Life Options (RLO) is a national, not-for-profit voluntary organisation with clear values about the rights of people with learning disabilities to determine their own future. RLO is implementing a person-centred Change Programme across Birmingham. The programme is overseen by a Change Partnership that includes RLO, Tunstall Healthcare, Helen Sanderson Associates and Birmingham City Council. Crystal Blue Consulting has been commissioned to undertake an economic evaluation. This will be integrated with the findings of a qualitative evaluation to be carried out by the Health Services Management Centre (Birmingham University). The purpose is to understand the costs and benefits of the programme and its impact upon the lives of service users.
