Capacity Planning for Medical Workforce in Transitional Countries (including Serbia and Azerbaijan)

As part of human resource strategic development within transitional countries, we developed a medical workforce plan, determining demand for doctors and predicting supply issues in terms of age structure and medical education.

Services provided
Benchmarking, field trips, data gathering, analysis, consultation with senior figures from the ministries, clinicians and local staff working in rural hospitals.

We developed an evidence-base that influenced decision making at the level of Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education.
